Our inside sales reps sell electronic components business-to-business. They are responsible for the entire sales cycle; from developing accounts, prospecting, communicating and negotiating with buyers as they develop, manage and grow their account base.

Successful Inside Sales Reps thrive in a fast-paced environment, are creative, highly motivated, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have a high degree of professionalism, and a strong desire to financially succeed.

Summary of Skills/Abilities

  • - Strong computer skills.

  • - Outbound cold calling experience.

  • - Have a good technical understanding of components and a sound understanding of commercial activities.

  • - Highly proficient in spoken and written English (and/or French), other European languages are a plus.

  • - Able to build strong business relationships.
