All Accounting for the global operations takes place at our Corporate office located in St. Petersburg, FL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and support schedules.

  • Prepare various balance sheet account reconciliations and P&L analysis.

  • Prepare audit reports for various company annual audits, provide analysis and responses to auditors inquires.

  • Interface with other personnel in finance, address accounting issues.

  • Prepare journal entries and enter into company ERP system.

  • Review GL account coding of SG&A expenses.

  • Perform daily sales and daily gross profit reports

  • Play an active role in development of reports and queries using the reporting and data mining tools within the company’s new ERP system.


  • Must have at least 2 years Corp Accounting experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.

  • Ability to travel, if needed to Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, others)

  • Exemplary skills in Microsoft Office programs.

  • Familiar with Infor SunSystems ERP or other ERP systems preferred.
